Abu Dhabi / ADGM
Building the digital layer from Abu Dhabi.
The Business Plan identifies an ADGM entity in Abu Dhabi as the issuer of the future FlightPass utility layer, deliberately separated from the Liechtenstein security token perimeter.

Regulatory perimeter
A separate entity, under the FSRA Virtual Asset framework.
Issuing the FlightPass utility instrument from a dedicated ADGM entity keeps a pure membership and access product structurally independent from the security token issued by NAKAJET AG in Vaduz.
Three pillars
ADGM
Future home of the planned FlightPass utility structure — the regulatory environment in which NAKAJET intends to establish the utility layer of its digital asset architecture.
Capital
Family offices, digital-assets investors and institutional capital. NAKAJET intends to build a meaningful long-term presence in Abu Dhabi and to engage with the wider capital, digital asset and aviation ecosystem based there.
MENA
UHNWI, aviation and strategic partnerships. The Business Plan explores Middle East corridors alongside European operations from Phase 1, making the region a natural base for regional network development.
“Yusef Rayward, Founder & CEO, intends to relocate to Abu Dhabi with his family and build NakaJet's digital-assets and strategic growth platform there.”
NAKAJET has no ADGM entity, licence, registration or regulatory approval at this time. All statements on this page describe intent under the Business Plan and are subject to regulatory process. No partnership, endorsement or affiliation with any Abu Dhabi institution is stated or implied.
